Adventures of the Huntress

So this is my inaugural post on my blog I don't remember setting up. I suppose I ought to jot down my adventures quick before I forget in my old age.

Tonight the Monday night girls were talking about blogs and they were all talking about how my blog didn't have any posts. "What blog?" was my confused reply. So I'm borrowing my friend's computer to rectify the serious social blunder of an empty blog. And it arrives just in time as I am in need of katharsis (sp?).

Today's adventures are not worth repeating, especially since everyone who reads this will already have known what they entail. So let's explain the blog title. It proves I had honorable intentions with regard to this journal.

One day long ago, a friend and I were in an email conversation about names and he took some liberty with mine and came up with "The Pure and Faithful Huntress of the Woods" (envision Galadriel in Lord of the Rings). I like it. It gives a little more excitement to my otherwise understated personality.
